Seven statewide Service Areas. Every Texas ZIP is in one Service Area only. Sections target about 250,000 people and follow ZIP boundaries (150-mile travel is a pricing rule, not drawn). Address test is on the Service Areas map.

Customer price schedule
This is the menu the customer will see. Mobilization is calculated from the job address: $100 base + $25 per 25-mile ring. Sales tax 8.25%. Development color notes from the spreadsheet are not shown.
Job address
Sets mobilization from the 25-mile ring map. Statewide routing: nearest of seven Service Areas. Past 150 miles from that Service Area center adds the outlier fee.
